Pictor is a small, senior consultancy. We are looking primarily for experienced consultants and specialists in cyber resilience and system safety — people who can take technical ownership of a programme and defend the decisions afterwards.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We hire for ownership. Each role covers a full path from scope to evidence, with senior responsibility for the technical content.
Cyber resilience
Lead readiness work for manufacturers under the Cyber Resilience Act: scope and classification, gap assessment, secure development lifecycle, vulnerability handling and technical documentation.
System safety
Own hazard analysis, safety requirements and verification strategy in programmes where failure has physical consequences, and keep the traceability chain intact from scope to evidence.
Embedded systems
Shape safety- and security-critical architecture: fail-safe strategies, degraded modes, separation, update paths and the design rationale that makes them reviewable.
